Madison AI is the AI engine for local government. Using enterprise data and systems of record, Madison AI’s suite of purpose-built artificial intelligence assistants is designed to support the primary internal functions of local government.
These include assistants for the Office of the City Manager, Community Development, Procurement, and related operational areas. Madison AI acceleratesadministrative tasks, such as preparing staff reports, generating zoning verification letters, and drafting requests for proposals, using the agency’s own enterprise data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Co-founded by Washoe County and trusted by nearly 50 local governments, Madison AI supports public-sector staff by reducing administrative workload and enabling teams to direct more time to serving their communities.
