Newark, California Kicks Off Madison AI Pilot to Accelerate Internal Workflows

The City of Newark, California, has tapped Madison AI to pilot a Citywide artificial intelligence (AI) assistant designed to streamline local government operations and provide support to employees.

Since the initial phase of this pilot focuses on generating, structuring and refining staff reports, Madison AI promises the safety of Newark’s records and securely connects with the City’s proprietary data, syncing with existing codes, handbooks, and operational guidelines. Functioning as a tailored digital aide for the City, the system helps staff rapidly retrieve documents, digest lengthy materials and assemble essential documentation, freeing up hours previously spent on manual research. This freed-up time gives staff the opportunity to further serve their community.
