Madison AI just graduated with an "MBA"! What that means in practice is that the tool is smarter at handling interactions and inference. You no longer have to pick the right agent or remember which workflow to use.
Type what you need into the prompt box, and the assistant figures out the rest. It reads your intent, selects the right workflow, and builds the output. Faster starts. Fewer steps. The same quality as you expect. Give it a try with a citizen newsletter, a voting history, or a code lookup.
Staff can now use Madison AI in Spanish. To switch, go to your name in the bottom left corner, select your preferred language, and refresh. Source files stay in their original language. The AI translates the output. More languages are coming soon.
Uploaded files now convert more accurately, so the AI reads and uses them with higher reliability. Tables, images, and complex document formats all work better. You can also drag and drop screenshots directly into the chat.
For planning staff working with site plans, permit documents, or mixed-format files, this removes a real daily friction point and produces more accurate outputs.

What used to take hours now takes one prompt. Please note - this feature is still in beta. Primary brand colors can be applied, but branded templates are not yet supported.
