Cooper City Launches Pilot Program with Madison AI to Streamline Operations

In December of 2025, the City of Cooper City, Florida, partnered with Madison AI to pilot the platform across key departments, including the City Clerk’s Office, Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Procurement, and Community Development. 

The platform integrates directly with Cooper City’s internal resources, including policies, forms, and procedural documents, and refreshes its database weekly. Built specifically for Cooper City, the AI assistant enables employees to find needed information quickly, summarize reports, draft meeting notes, and generate talking points, streamlining workflows and reducing routine tasks.

The initial rollout will include three modules: internal administration and management, procurement and contracts, and elected officials and boards. The City will review the effectiveness of each module before expanding its use, focusing on enhancing policy research and boosting operational efficiency.
