City of Dublin Launches Madison AI Assistants for Local Operations

As of February 2026, the City of Dublin, Ohio, has partnered with Madison AI to implement purpose-built artificial intelligence (AI) assistants designed to support citywide operations.

As a leading-edge community and the first city in Ohio to adopt Madison AI’s technology, Dublin continues to demonstrate its commitment to thoughtful innovation in local government.

The City is deploying two solutions: a citywide AI Assistant available to staff across departments and a Planning and Community Development AI Assistant designed to support planning-related workflows.

These tools will streamline document review, enhance internal research and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, allowing staff to focus on higher-value work that directly benefits residents and businesses.

Madison AI’s platform is built from the City of Dublin’s data, ensuring the City maintains full control and ownership of its information.
